CARE Coaching: Advancing Equitable Educational Opportunities

Welcome!

The CARE Coaching: Advancing Equitable Educational Opportunities Program is designed to empower educators to ensure that multilingual learners have equitable educational opportunities and outcomes.

To accomplish this, our coaches consider the local context and draw from a variety of coaching approaches. They foster collaborative relationships and develop partnerships that elicit the strengths and knowledge of all who participate and provide growth opportunities for school leaders, classroom teachers, and students.

WCEPS Coaches employ the CARE Model to ensure that all multilingual learners receive high-quality instructional programs and that district- and school-based educators feel empowered to meet the needs of all of their students. Experienced coaches use the model to cultivate partnerships that are: Collaborative, Actionable, Responsive and Empowering.
